Jaime Steiner, CEO and President

Jaime Steiner is a business woman with experience as an employee and an owner.  Her education is in negotiation, currently she is completing her doctoral degree in the area of hostile negotiations.  She is a member of various professional organizations including  Phi Beta Kappa and Mensa International and has featured multiple times in Who’s Who Among International Business Women.  Beyond her dedication to education, she has worked for the well-known companies of Accenture, AON Corporation and The Bombay Company.  Believing that excellence in business starts with excellence from within, Jaime has always held herself to standards no less than those that she holds for her company and fellow executives.  Additionally, Jaime believes that a community is only as good as its volunteers and as a result she encourages the executives of JM Solutions, Ltd., to actively participate in charitable organizations.  With a talent for fundraising, Jaime continues to aid non-profit groups by donating her time as a professional fundraiser and grant writer.

Jaime’s dedication to delivering solutions to each client has been her motivation in her continued effort to strengthen JM Solutions, Ltd., position in the ever changing economic market.  With her skills as a negotiator she actively protects the interests of JM Solutions, Ltd., and each client that comes to the company seeking high-performance solutions.  It is because of Jaime’s dedication to excellence that when forming JM Solutions, Ltd., the only person she wanted for the role of Chief Operating Officer was her sister, Julie Steiner.
